Press Release 18/05/2005: Setting a High Standard

‘Spectus fabricator Euroglazing have recently been accredited to British Standards BS 7950 and BS 7412. They received their certificates at GPT.05 on the BSI stand. BS 7412 is the standard relating to windows made from U-PVC profiles whilst BS 7950 (formerly PAS011) relates to security performance.

Managing Director Harminder Singh Khalsa – known as Harry – was on hand to receive the award & commented, "British Standards are very important for our retail customers as they demonstrate the quality and performance of our doors and windows, and we find our customers are very quality conscious. There is still a lot of life in the U–PVC window, door & conservatory market, so long as you provide a good product and excellent service. We fabricate Spectus’ Elite 70 system, which, in our opinion is the best on the market."

Euroglazing set up in Southall three years ago and has since grown rapidly. The company now has a fabricating facility in Derby and has set up a kitchen and bedrooms fabricating unit in Kent.
